How difficult is it to change my accountant?
A straight forward process from the start. All we need to know from you is, who your current accountant is and what is their trading address -then we do the rest and liaise with them for the changeover on your behalf.
Of course you may want to settle up any outstanding fees due to them first.
Then, out of common courtesy, you might want to e-mail them just to tell them to expect to hear from us in the near future, but that is not essential.
It’s really as easy as that for you!
What Bookkeeping Software do you use?
We predominantly use Xero and will very soon be adding Quickbooks to our Client Software Services offering.
Do you take Card Payments?
Unfortunately, we currently do not take Card Payments for services supplied. Pre-agreed, monthly fixed fee payments are collected through either Go Cardless or by bank transfer for one off fees.
Where are you located?
Our main office in located in Leamington Spa but we are a national firm and have staff located all over England.
